YourConstruction completes merger with Energised Staffing

Reputable construction & industrial recruitment companies Energised Staffing and YourConstruction officially announce their merger from 1st March 2021. The new company will trade under the YourConstruction banner.

Liz Howes will join as Director of YourConstruction, forming part of the executive board of directors, with Josh Dixon continuing as Client & Business Development Director, working alongside Operations Director Seon Ripley.

The company will combine the best of the construction & industrial recruitment worlds. The YourConstruction team has a combined 20 years of experience within the industries, including key experience supporting major construction companies across the UK.

Liz will be responsible for all recruitment operations within the company, leading the business through expansion across the Midlands and further afield.

The company will remain a key provider of permanent recruitment services, with the expansion including the additional development of temporary recruitment services and payroll facilities for a magnitude of companies.

The merger of the two companies will unify under one roof an extensive range of specialist services and expertise over the construction and industrial industries.
